Young Men’s Leadership & Prevention Initiative
We’re building young men before the streets get the opportunity to.
Leadership shouldn’t only be offered to young people already labeled leaders. It must also reach those searching for identity, belonging, direction, purpose, and someone who believes in their potential.
This initiative carries Winford’s mission into a focused effort for young men: reaching them earlier with leadership learning, trusted relationships, and opportunities to see what their future can hold.
Teach skills for life.
Use Winford’s leadership curriculum to practice identity, communication, emotional awareness, conflict resolution, decision-making, accountability, and goal setting.
Open doors to possibility.
Bring together trusted adults, mentors, entrepreneurs, and professionals to help young men explore careers, recognize their strengths, and build a sense of purpose.
